Company purpose and objectives

JSC “International Cooperation Centre” is specialized in providing modern, convenient and internationally aligned infrastructure and integrated services for foreign companies, firms, banks, international organizations, representative offices and other entities operating in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Company was established pursuant to Resolution No. 156 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 20 April 2000 and Order No. 36-p of the State Competition Committee dated 19 June 2000.

Its core mission is to create a professional business environment and provide organizational, administrative, infrastructure and modern business services for foreign and international organizations.

• Leasing offices, premises, buildings, facilities and required equipment to foreign companies, representative offices, joint ventures, banks, international organizations and individuals.

• Creating conditions for production, commercial, publishing and other business activities.

• Providing information, consulting and organizational services within the Company’s competence.

• Operating restaurants, cafés, cafeterias, bars, buffets and other food-service facilities.

• Providing infrastructure for sports and wellness facilities.

• Providing passenger and freight transport services, including vehicle rental and leasing.

• Providing printing and polygraphic services, including business cards, brochures, posters, magazines, calendars, periodicals, educational materials and souvenirs.

Real estate and infrastructure capacity

The International Business Centre (IBC) is a major business infrastructure complex comprising offices, a restaurant, coffee shop, medical centre, dental and laboratory facilities, conference and negotiation rooms, a fitness hall, BTS express mail service, underground garage, parking and administrative/technical premises.

The International Trade Centre (ITC) provides a modern business venue for offices, conferences, meetings, negotiations and protocol events.
