Employment Conditions

1.   Employment with the Joint Stock Company “International Business Center” is carried out on the basis of an employment contract in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of labor, as well as the Regulation on the Procedure for Employment at JSC “International Business Center”, approved by Order No. 37-od dated October 28, 2025.

Candidates are required to provide the documents and information stipulated by the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the internal local regulations of the Company.

The consideration of candidates and the decision on employment are carried out in accordance with the established procedure, taking into account the requirements for the relevant position and the candidate’s qualifications.

General Requirements for Candidates

1. General requirements for managerial staff:

- relevant higher education in the respective field;

- 3 to 5 years of professional work experience (depending on the vacancy);

- at least 5 years of managerial experience for management positions;

- knowledge of legislation and regulatory documents related to the relevant area of activity;

- planning, organizational, and control skills;

- proficiency in information systems and office software;

- knowledge of languages: the state language, Russian, and at least one foreign language (preference is given to English).

2. General Requirements for Technical Staff

relevant specialized secondary/vocational or higher education, depending on the position;

required qualifications;

2 to 3 years of professional work experience (depending on the vacancy/profession);

knowledge of relevant technical standards, rules, and instructions;

compliance with occupational health and safety requirements;

responsibility, discipline, and attentiveness.
