1. Access E-auksion.uz and complete registration.

2. Activate the personal account.

3. If required, top up the personal account and provide the required deposit.

4. Find the required lot by lot number, region, address, property type or auction date.

5. Review the address, area, lease term, starting price, deposit, auction step, permitted use, utility/operating costs and special conditions.

6. Inspect the property before the auction whenever possible.

7. Submit the application within the stated deadline and use an electronic signature where required.

8. Check the application status in the personal account.

9. Join the auction at the specified date and time and submit bids.

10. Check the result and obtain the electronic auction protocol.

11. Make all required payments within the applicable deadline.

12. Execute the lease agreement, acceptance certificate and use the property strictly according to the stated terms.
