It is announced competitive selection of the organization for delivery of a set of goods and performance of a set of works (services) on a “turnkey” basis for custom-made production, execution in a single conceptual style of design solution for the modernization and renovation of the four-level hall, located on the ground floor of the International Business Center building (taking into account the supply of all necessary electrical and construction materials in the satisfactory volume, installation and assembly by the Supplier), including:
– Manufacture and installation of a suspended, modular, LED, large-size chandelier type “Octagon A/L” (1 set), as well as internal illumination of the perimeters of suspended ceilings and installation of design solution for lighting ceiling niches in the form of ceiling differences from edge to center (1 complete set);
– replacement of current lighting fixtures with “Ray of sunshine” decorative ceiling lights (1 complete set of 75 units);
– installation of illumination of ornaments and patterns on walls with LED spotlights (1 set consisting of 12 units);
– modernization of the panel décor (replacing it with quality mirrors) for cladding 4 hinged balconies of the second and third floors of the atrium and the entire perimeter of the first floor balcony (to be illuminated as part of the chandelier purchase) with the conceptual change of the current semicircular geometric shape of the balconies into triplets of the corresponding size (1 set);
– design and renovation of 4 reception desks, providing for renovation, conceptually new design solution of the external and internal parts of the reception desks, including: installed under glass with illumination of a phyto wall made of stabilized moss (vertical greening) in the external part and ergonomic furnishing of the internal parts of the desks.
