he International Business Centre JSC hereby announces the initiation of auction tenders for the purchase of custom-made goods in a uniform conceptual design style, for the modernization and renovation of the four-level lobby located on the ground floor of the International Business Centre building.
The height of the hall represents four levels of the above-ground floors, among which:
– the ground floor of block “B”, on which the hall is located;
– I floor of blocks “A” and “C” the elevator zone of which is framed by railings under which outdated mirrors are fixed on the vertical “P”-shaped surface;
– II and III floors of blocks “A” and “C”, the elevator area of which is limited by semicircular shaped balconies.
The professional designers who had previously examined the hall gave an identical conclusion based on the fact that:
It is the violation of geometric shapes and angles in the outer outlines of the balconies, which are conceptually used in the entire design of the hall, which led to a gross distortion of all the permissible proportions in the spatial solutions affecting the formation of the view.
The hinged balconies limiting the elevator zones II and III floors of blocks “A” and “C” in a total of 4 pieces represent a semicircular form. Against that the laid out drawing of a floor marble covering, national pattern on four highly format vertical frescos of walls, and also the geometrical form of pool as an octahedron do not provide semicircular forms and are accurately outlined. As a result, an eclecticism was formed in the forms of the hall, which led to the design of the hall being unfinished.
– Large suspended modular LED chandelier (reaching the second floor), whose lower level forms reflect the geometry of the pool and the concept of the hall, will be the main accent of the entire hall, which will involuntarily serve as the epicenter of the concentration of visitors to the building.
– Additional illumination of the patterns on the four high-format vertical frescoes of the walls, as well as internal illumination of the three-level ceiling, replacement of obsolete lighting (1996 issue) on the ground floor of the block “B”, as well as in the pre-lift.
Areas I, II and III floors of blocks “A” and “C” will create a more refined lighting design of the hall.
– Replacement on the vertical surfaces of I, II and III floors of obsolete and burned-out panels imitating mirrors with real mirrors of high quality (made in Russia) will lead to a visual increase in the volume of the hall, eliminate the existing defect of turbidity and dullness, and will create an additional reflection of new solutions for lighting and electrification of the hall.
– Renovation of 4 existing reception racks with the use of illuminated phyto-wall of moss, placed under the glass, as well as the additional installation of furniture modules in the interior of the racks, will create not only a modern look, but also the order of the work surfaces (taking into account the organization of storage space stationery and other accessories used during the working day).
Taking into account the above, in the first half of July 2020 JSC International Business Center plans to initiate an auction for the purchase of custom-made goods and made in a single conceptual style of design solution for the modernization and renovation of the four levels of the hall located on the ground floor of the building of the International Business Center (taking into account the supply of all necessary electrical and construction materials in a satisfactory volume, as well as installation by the Supplier):
1. Suspended, modular, LED, large-size chandelier “OctagonA/L” (1 set) as well as interior lighting perimeter of the false ceilings and installation of design solutions lighting ceiling niches in the form of ceiling differences from edge to center;
2. 2. Rayofsunshine” decorative ceiling luminaires of 75 units;
3. Illumination of ornaments and patterns on the walls (312 units);
4. Decorative panels (mirrors) for cladding 4 hinged balconies II and III floors of the atrium and the balcony of the first floor (to be illuminated within the framework of the purchase) with the conceptual change of the current semicircular geometric shape in triplets (the appropriate size);
5. Illumination of delivered vertical gardening (phyto wall) of 4 reception racks providing renovation, conceptually new design of external and internal (with illumination) parts of reception racks.
By contacting the company, you will be familiarized in more detail with the special conditions of the purchase (including the obligations of the Contractor under the contract in a separate annex, which is an integral part of it). In particular:
1. We express our interest to submit for your consideration the Specification of goods to be procured in the itemized breakdown with a description of technical parameters and needs (in kind), as well as the Terms of Reference, working draft and photo, which are an integral part of the lot, as well as the contract (as it is formed in the electronic system, the parties will additionally sign a separate annex to the contract, which is an integral part of it).
2. Purchase of goods (included in one lot), provide for custom production and execution in a single conceptual style design solution for the modernization and renovation of the four levels of the hall, located on the ground floor of the International Business Center building.
3. Supplier – the winner of the auction must, within 3 days, provide the Customer with appropriate documentary evidence that all materials and goods necessary for the proper performance of the Contractor of the contract (in full) are listed in his warehouse and are available in actual stock. In the absence of supporting documentation (taking into account the current restrictions on freight and air traffic, which is a prerequisite for disruption of timely delivery of finished products within 25 days), the Customer is entitled to withdraw from obligations under the contract (including without prior inspection of the object by the Contractor.
4) The Contractor’s obligations include the installation of goods in the form of finished products, as well as the delivery of all necessary electrical and construction materials to meet the needs of the project.
5. Responsibility for compliance with the relevant technical and safety regulations (including fire safety regulations) in the course of installation work and subsequent use of goods for the purchase (including clearance chandelier, taking into account the weight and renovation of 4 balconies) is the responsibility of the Contractor – the supplier of the product.
Thus, in order to create competitive conditions for potential suppliers of goods, as well as market analysis of the price market and a preliminary study of current market prices for the supply of goods and their purchase (in accordance with the procedure established by the Law “On public procurement”), please until 29.06.2020. (inclusive) to send to JSC “International Business Centre” a commercial offer for the supply of finished goods (taking into account the above mentioned special conditions of purchase) with indication of price and value indicators in position breakdown, as well as delivery terms (including taking into account installation and installation).
At the same time, the deadline is 26.06.2020. (inclusive) we inform about readiness:
1. provide (at convenient working hours for your organization) access for your representatives:
– acquaintance with the object, its dimensions, parameters, technical characteristics, existing structures (including fasteners), electrification, engineering infrastructure, current design of the hall, etc.;
– additional measurements by specialists of the potential bidder (if necessary), in order to correctly determine the range of materials used and the cost of the commercial offer.
– To assist in additional clarification and detailed elaboration of items (within the framework of the Customer’s needs and requirements to the quality of goods to be procured).
– To consider additional technical and design solutions of professional designers of your organization with the condition of providing visualization and indication of the nomenclature, as well as cost indicators in terms of position breakdown.
