After that, he gave the floor to the head of the Security Department, Kh.K. Khalmirzaev, to conduct a sufficient explanation and presentation to the employees on the topic "December 9 - International Anti-Corruption Day."
H.K. Khalmirzayev presented a presentation to the Society's employees regarding the term "corruption," its negative phenomena, causes of occurrence, and the measures being taken in our country and society to combat this evil.
It was noted that in recent years, large-scale measures have been implemented in our country to increase the effectiveness of work carried out in the field of preventing and combating corruption, further expanding the scope of open information on important social issues, and ensuring unhindered access to it.

After this, the Chairman of the Board of the Company continued his speech, emphasizing that in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 27, 2023, No. UP-200 "On measures to further improve the system of combating corruption and increasing the efficiency of the public control system over the activities of state bodies and organizations," an anti-corruption month is traditionally held annually, in which all employees take an active part.
The company explained that the "Action Plan for the Anti-Corruption Month dedicated to December 9 - International Anti-Corruption Day," approved by Protocol No. 28 of the meeting of the National Anti-Corruption Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 14, 2025, has been taken into account and implemented.
He emphasized the words of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan that without involving all segments of the population, the best specialists in the fight against corruption, without vaccinating all members of our society, so to speak, with the "honesty vaccine," we will not be able to achieve the high goals we have set for ourselves, we must move from the fight against the consequences of corruption to its early prevention.
